Shipping policy

We offer two flat rate shipping scales, $12.50 for items weighing 0-9 pounds, and $25.00 for items 10-20 pounds. We use any shipping method we may choose for the majority of the products that we offer. We are happy to calculate and apply any specialized, international or rush shipping you may request- in this case please call or email the store with the products you wish to purchase and ship, and your shipping information so that we can prepare an estimate for your approval. Certain heavy products (anvils, heavy tools) and large quantities (orders consisting of several pairs of boots, for example) may incur shipping charges over the flat rate. For example, shovels fall under a $25 flat rate shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except in the event of an error on the part of Atomic 79.

Please note that we do not cover Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) charges, including any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs for international shipments. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon delivery. We recommend that you check with your local customs office to determine any applicable charges before placing your order.

We understand that sometimes packages get stolen from delivery points. Our policy is that once the shipper gives us proof of delivery, our contract is fulfilled. This means that as a policy we do not replace stolen or misplaced packages. If you live in a place where theft is common, please let us know so that we can agree upon a more secure shipping method before we process your order.
