Refund policy

• You can return your purchase up to thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the condition you received them (showing no signs of wear) and in the original box and/or packaging with the tags still attached. Especially for issues relating to the fit of new boots, we suggest you evaluate the fit by walking on a clean, carpeted surface until you draw your conclusion.
• Return shipping is free if the return is the result of a store error. Shipping cost is not refunded if a return is made.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• Once your return is received and inspected in the store, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven (7) business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten (2 - 10) business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
• For boots returned for any reason, other than store/shipping error, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied for any material showing wear or damage of any sort.
