You can return or exchange your purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the condition you received them (showing no signs of wear) and in the original box and/or packaging. WE CANNOT RE-SELL USED BOOTS. PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED BEFORE YOU WEAR BOOTS OTHER THAN CHECKING FOR FIT.
Return shipping is free if the return is the result of a store error.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected in the store, your refund will be processed and a REFUND will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer unless the item is being returned due to store error or item defect.
If return policies are exercised to the point of excess, we reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee
Exchanges will be processed as soon as the original item is received in the store and is inspected. Exchanges will be prioritized in the order received and will be dependent upon inventory at the time of the exchange. Shipping charges will be dependent upon the size and weight of the item exchanged.
